Nearby locations list doesn't prioritize places you've already been #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I search for a location, sometimes it puts places I've previously been 
at the top of the list, but the majority of the time it does not. This is 
especially a huge problem when there are duplicate locations (particularly 
with airports), because I don't know which location I used the last time 
and so my visits get spread out.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just the regular list of nearby locations, with nothing to indicate which 
I've already visited.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android app for Motorola Droid

There's still something going on with it, every once in awhile it stops 
showing. I think it's a server issue though, 
not pushing a favs block down to us. I'll continue to keep an eye on this.
