Better translation support #68

I contribute for Voxelgarden improved translation support for all mods.

Most problems were with strings that were either not collected at all or collected incorrectly (incorrect use of S function for parameters). Another common problem was call of default.get_translator for non-default mods. The last problem was legacy code for intllib in mobs. This is gone as well, and the old .po files have been converted.

I have made some superficial tests, it should be OK.

Thank you very much. This is a pile of work that was on my don't-want-but-have-to-do list.

I was aware that my initial attempt at translations was messy. Apparently it was even worse than I thought.
