Creating option for PREVIEW consumer window #9

Option to add preview run window to client - thats maybe a bit complicated, but if you are Live, and do any mistake with example setuping a lower-third thats all go live after Play, maybe there will be an option to set up screen consumer that you could add option to PREVIEW (like PLAY/STOP) to export how will it works before deploing it live.

When we have the screen consumer in place in CasparCG, we will add this feature to the client.

It's not a good idea to "grab" the screen consumer because it will "force" the user to run the client locally on the server and also force the user to use Windows.
