Hi! Sorry that you had to wait for this.
try to change the channelconfig in your config. To this:
<channel>
<video-mode>1080p2500</video-mode>
<consumers>
<screen>
<device>1</device>
<aspect-ratio>default</aspect-ratio>
<stretch>none</stretch>
<embedded-audio>false</embedded-audio>
<windowed>true</windowed>
<key-only>false</key-only>
<auto-deinterlace>true</auto-deinterlace>
<vsync>true</vsync>
<name>preview</name>
<borderless>false</borderless>
</screen>
<system-audio/>
</consumers>
</channel>
You have to be explicit in the config, by removing the different options when pulling from the samplepart of the config.
Hi @vinsbit, did the suggested fix work for you? If it did I would like to close this issue :)
Hi - we were having a network problem and it had lost connection with the media storage. I had to go through the config line by line but worked it out. Apologies, I meant to reply sooner. Thank you so much for your help!
Was running Caspar as normal. PC crashes so perform a reboot. Now Caspar won't run. Tried powering everything off and waiting and booting up again. The script runs and then closes. Please help!
