Bug: [IN casparcg_auto_restart.bat line 4 prevents scanner.exe from starting ] #1534

Observed Behavior

since leveldown.node does not excist it prevents scanner.exe from starting.

Expected behaviour

when running casparcg_auto_restart.bat I expect scanner.exe and casparcg.exe to start

Steps to reproduce

  1. run caspar_auto_restart.bat
  2. scanner.exe does not open in a window
  3. ...
