Feature request: Drop Frame #284

At the moment it's not possible to play Videos on different Channels and keep them in frame sync.

If there could be a command like DROP 1-10 it's easily possible to change this.

Also it could be possible to change the SEEK command instead that it could seek +1 or -1.

With an external application in a loop I could sync all channels on my own.

This features also increases the functionality a lot: fe: Videowalls, Sync Clustering of CasparCG

Current CasparCG Server architecture cannot accommodate producer/channel synchronization.
