Need to set up the following automations for deployment on AWS:

• [x] Syncing code with main
• [x] Migrate automatic data refresh over
• [x] Stop gunicorn server after data refresh to load the new data
• [x] Email notifications for failure/success status (Configured with AWS SNS)
• [x] Certbot SSL refresh
