Right now lap representative time calculations require the lap time be completed on a slick compound.

A more flexible approach is warrantied. If the track is wet, then the representative time should be a time completed on a wet compound.

Some options:

• Use median of all slick/wet compound times, whichever one is majority

• A weighted sum between slick/wet compound times

• A weighted sum grouped by all compound types

The existing implementation already consider all compunds for per lap representative time.

A better formula for per round representative time will be investigated separately
