[Create New Account] HD wallet creates wrong account index after importing legacy wallet #300

Describe the bug HD wallet creates wrong account index after importing legacy wallet

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import legacy wallet
  2. Click on Create new wallet
  3. The 3rd account created instead of 2nd account

Expected behavior The index of hd wallet should be counted by number of HD wallet
