[Staking - Delegate] User can enters 0 as the delegated amount #339

Describe the bug

Do not display an error message when the user enters 0 as the delegated amount.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "Staking Page"
Select validator and enter 0 in amount
User can delegate with NaN number (picture on the below)

Expected behavior

Show error validation
