Add simple bluetooth tile #40

I have created bluetooth tile for turning on or off bluetooth. If there is something I need to add please let me know. (it works on my device)

Thanks for the contribution! A bluetooth tile is however already available on the develop branch and the latest beta releases, so I'll be closing this merge request.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll change the default branch to develop
