Called by a number that didn't belong to us. #8

Describe the bug

Me and a friend landed on the modded planet affliction and as soon as we finished landing we got called by 2143, this was neither of our numbers, we were the only ones in the private lobby. When we accepted the call, static would play through at regular intervals and if we hung up it eventually call the other person. We could also call the number back and it would accept.

Reproducible Test

We have a theory that this might have been a loot bug but it's mentioned no where in the mod description. Later on a different planet, we found potential evidence for this after my friend died, their body was taken by a loot bug, and then I got called but by a different number than my friends number and I could hear the sound of a loot bug walking and chittering. The one counter to this is that on the previous planet, we were both alive and the first time we got called was just static.

This should have indeed been a hoarding bug with a phone. It's a bit odd if it only played static though, they should be playing their chitter voice lines over the phone. I'll have to keep an eye out for that to fix. I've added a hint to this being able to happen to the mod features, also you can change the chance of this happening in the config.

Lol it gave us a real spook when it first happened. Also I think the static was caused by the fact that the modded planet has some hoarding bugs that spawn outside as props and do nothing and it was raining during that run.
