[x] Calendar view for clients' pending confirmation and confirmed bookings

[x] view details of booking (need to incorporate PDF generator - completed by yunus) can click to view vendor and activity afterwards
[x] cancel an upcoming booking only some activities can be cancelled (their startdates must be at least 14 days later)
