Admin View Bookings and Update Statuses

Admin can View Active Bookings (PENDING_CONFIRMATION, CONFIRMED and PENDING_PAYMENT)
Admin can also View Past Bookings (PAID, REJECTED, CANCELLED)
Pending Confirmation bookings
- Admin can confirm/reject only the admin-created activities from both the table and the booking details
Confirmed bookings
- Admin can cancel a booking (with reason) from both the table and the booking details
Pending Payment bookings
- Admin can update a booking to PAID from both the table and the booking details
All bookings have a change log where admin can view all status updates (by who, and when) and reasons for cancellation/rejection
