it all works without SCB (a relief for the Colabs)
all demos now use "cassio.init", no separate py module to build the Session for Astra
adapted the Cassandra case to Dockerized C* 5.0 (it was a build-and-run hard journey)
more agnostic, ASF-compliant stance w.r.t. Astra/Cassandra choice, better-documented paths
new vector UI covered for the quickstart instructions
bumped all dependencies (langchain, llama, cassio, etc)
completed a langchain modern fork and made demo environment use it
all demos that also run on the "actual" LC now have it as dependency
no cumbersome CQL preliminary setup (it happens in-notebook when needed)
conflated a few smaller demo notebooks in one for clarity
