Leave the choice of LLM in the example code? #36

Shall we simplify the code examples and imply usage of just one LLM (presumably openAI)?

Pro: removal of a complex cell with the choice logic Con: forcing the choice on users. Con: Hardly sustainable as the plans are to cover/provide guidance for more and more LLMs
