Can't place storage racks? #147

Versions: -Minecraft Forge: 14.23.5.2860 -Industrial Renewal: 0.21.8

What happens: Cannot place storage rack (Chest and Crate) on any surface.

What should happen: Should be able to place a storage rack on any surface.

Conflict with Fluidlogged-API seems to be fixed now in https://github.com/jbredwards/Fluidlogged-API/issues/162#issue-1651033681
