Description of the bug
Hello,
On a fresh install of LibreELEC 11.0 with only one plugin, Netflix, video playback is not good, it's flickering. Sound is fine, but it's like if the brightness was constantly changing.
Sorry for the lack of details, I don't how to describe it better.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Play a video from Netflix.
Debug log - mandatory

Possible fix
Codec issue?
Additional context
Video resolution is 1080p.
If a media is played directly from the SD Card, with the same resolution, 1080p, the video is fine.
I didn't have this issue on LibreELEC 9.2. I didn't manage to get LibreELEC 10 to work properly, so I don't know exactly when this issue appears. Also, I cannot have Netlix on LibreELEC 9.2 anymore, so I cannot tell if it's a change coming from Netflix service, LibreELEC, or this plugin. So last time I used Netflix on this devices was 3years ago.
