Fix container builds #97

The builds for the Docker container seem to have been failing for a while: https://hub.docker.com/r/castawaylabs/cachet-monitor/builds/

Could the Docker image be updated to v3.0?

It appears that 267a6cb6b386c4de1a9d785a4a409569c2f1012e is the culprit for the missing Docker builds. Was the removal of Docker support intentional?

@magneticflux- I set up a fork and fixed the container builds (and merged a lot of stuff). https://hub.docker.com/r/brixify/cachet-monitor
