Twitch Bits alerts not going off. #18

This is likely due to PubSub's deprecation. We need to switch to EventSub and better manage our subscriptions.

With Koi e7c3969, we've started the move to Twitch4j. Hopefully this'll be more stable than our previous library that was thrown together overnight, lol.
