There's a way, but keep in mind that the app is not designed for it. Chats and alerts will work properly. But followers count, viewer counts, chat sending (incl. the chatbot) will all be broken.
If it's something you want to do, go to Settings > About and tick the "Enable stupidly unsafe settings" box. Then, under the new Developer Stuff tab, there will be a dropdown to select a platform to authorize. Click that dropdown, then YouTube and the app will let you authorize the second account.
Also note that there's no way to know if the second account is unlinked. If you ever want to unlink, go to the Accounts tab and disconnect YouTube twice.
In the future, I am planning on streaming to two different YouTube accounts at the same time: one for a standard 16x9 stream, and another for a 9x16 stream that will show up in the shorts feed. Currently, caffeinated only allows for one login per platform, so I have to choose which channel I am able to recieve chats from. If there was a way to log in to multiple YouTube accounts, it would resolve this problem.
