Save Simulation Acts like SaveAs #429

The save simulation button prompts the user to for a location to save the *.sim file. This should not be the case if a simulation was loaded, modified, and saved (i.e. we should save to the loaded file path by default)

To reproduce

  1. Load an existing simulation
  2. Make any modification, such as removing a model
  3. rightclick Save Simulation
