Link Listboxes not populated on initialization #431

The link input and output listboxes in the Link Dialog window are not populated when the window is first opened. However, the Variable and Unit information is populated properly.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a simulation that contains 1 link
  2. Click on the link arrow to view the link details
  3. Note that the Input and Output listboxes are do not display the link input/output values.
