Installer is broken #439

[ ] No module named Crypto.Cipher. This is for windows tried pip install pycrypto but it did not work.
[ ] Cannot build build-dev-environment. I type the following: ./build-dev-environment.sh emit emit-env-osx I get permission denied and when i use sudo it says command not found
[ ] matplotlib.ft2font.so Reason: image not found

Run a .sh script by: -> sh myScript.sh

I thought maybe rebuilding the conda environment by running the script it would fix the issues but no. This is the error I'm getting when i run the following script. Script: -> sh build-dev-environment temp emit-env-osx Error: "An error was encountered when creating the conda environment"
