Sorry but I won't accept such PR right now.

I'd rather stay on winapi for now
Updating dataview to 1.0 is a hard-breaking change, I need to figure out how to transition smoothly
I'm not a fan of auto-formatters, in any case case it's touching literally every file which is not a good look

I'll be looking over this crate in the coming weeks for updates.
