Nothing special to add, windows-sys is replacing winapi in Rust projects.

Not sure if you are interested to use this crate.

I'm aware of windows-sys but winapi is perfectly fine and in working order (and this does not appear to be going to change anytime soon), I'd prefer not to switch.
