Add note on mapped folder permissions to FAQ for #84

How come that you need to go back a folder for other pages? E.g. ../installation instead of ./installation

Should be a web/address link, not a direct file link - mkdocs adjusts it to a proper html tag, but mkdocs best practise is to link the destination rather than the target file.
