Repeatedly downloading same issues #93

Description of the bug I just checked my history and noticed repeated downloads of the same issues. The downloaded file is not linked to the issue.

To Reproduce Add series, let Kapowarr download issues.

Expected behaviour Mark issue as downloaded, link file to issue.

Additional context I did change my issue naming. Could that cause this issue?

{series_name} #{issue_number} ({year}) Volume {volume_number} - {issue_title}

Again because of the fact that the issue number is before the volume number. So duplicate of #94
