Menu item `Options` is duplicated in context menu of Chrome and Opera #141

It is duplicated in Chrome: screen shot 2017-04-25 at 6 49 10 pm

and it is duplicated in Opera: screen shot 2017-04-25 at 6 44 17 pm

Chrome based browsers add Options to the context menu by default, so we don't have to add another Options by code.

I will create a pull request for fixing this issue later today.
