Add Ukrainian support #9

Can you add Ukrainian language support please?

Ukrainian seems to be something we don't support at the moment. For now, I'll try to add it as much as possible. Don't expect too much from the translation that is implemented as it is almost never perfect since it comes from community created dictionaries.

If you can recommend a complete dictionary for Ukrainian it would be nice to take a look at it (note that in this package for now the languages ​​are stored in a string, or maps. This will change soon to only support maps as it avoids wasting time converting the string into a map).
