Make a single "active" filter for Pokémon #99

So that I don't have to remember all the different filters everywhere whenever I add something like trading that changes what Pokémon should be shown.

I'm pretty sure a hybrid property is what I want???

Update: a hybrid property or method is EXACTLY what I want; I used one for TrainerItem.is_in_bag.
