If you pick up a collectible ending item, the game pauses. But then scenes don't like to process actions or timers.. Need a way to unpause the game if the collectible item disappears/queues_free().
Also there's a second bug related to Global.pause(), at any point during a pause you can toggle journal twice to unpause, or quit then say no to prompt asking for confirm.
