Consider making enemies immune to car accidents or pickups to expire

The easiest way to get strong in game is to wait a few minutes then go out and collect all drops from enemies that died in car accidents, making them immune to cars or implementing an expiry for pickups would fix this loophole

I don't mind bandages and evidence lying around forever.
