reincorporate HUD theme and menu theme? #132

Some time ago, we had a problem with themes constantly updating in git, so I removed them.

The game uses all the godot default buttons and panel style boxes.

Should we reintroduce nice themes?

janky unfinished buttons kind of fit the cliche theme of "unfinished" "working title", etc.

But maybe we need to make them more like a 1990's website, with construction logos and stuff.

changed it back to the previous themes, rather than trying to build something entirely new.
