Bazooka door needs a clue #140

Add a misc clue to the bazooka door implicating the mayor.

Hmm. I've never seen an electrical closet so well fortified. It's locked like Fort Knox.

(Someone else can say the mayor was studying to become an electrician before he got elected.) Or something like that. Give the player some kind of lead.
