Bullets don't impact on cars. add _on_area_entered to bullet signals

Bullets can't detect cars yet, because they're areas, not bodies. Update bullet to check for car volumes, then damage car as appropriate.

Player can shoot cars now. (I guess so could NPCs, since they use the same bullets)
