The NPCs spin madly when they're close to the player. Maybe we need to disable pathfinding if dist_squared to player < some_threshold
This isn't so bad now that some NPCs stop to fire guns.
I haven't seen this problem in a while. Maybe it was fixed. Or maybe with most NPCs having guns, it's not noticeable.
