Make dynamic doors and windows

Buildings desperately need doors that

• open and close
• block line of sight
• block bullets.

Buildings need windows which

• allow line of sight
• block NPC pathing
• break when shot
• let the player climb through.

• create some static objects and use their outline rect to cut the city_nav_polygon_instance
• then create new NavigationPolygonInstances for the doors.
• enable and disable the static object collision shape and the door_nav_polygon_instance as required to let player and NPCs through.

Windows might be harder.. don't let the NPCs through, let light through, add area volumes to teleport the player through the windows. (easiest to make fake thin bars with the walls bitmap, too narrow to let NPCs through, but easily allows light to pass.)
