I moved the quest-givers to local position (0,0), then placed them where they need to go in the city scene.
Somehow that broke the locations of the quest objectives, which now spawn on top of the quest giver instead of at their desired target location.
They should spawn somewhere else on the map, at one of the pre-designated position2d nodes.
