collectible pickups are copies instead of instances #80

Change most of the collectible pickups, so they consist of a simple Node2D root node, with an instanced version of CollectablePickup.tscn.

Currently they're complete copies of CollectablePickup.tscn, which loses the benefit of scene instantiation with export variables.

Too late to fix this, I think.
