Posibility to Merge only Literature #1340

The Plant List with Literature is one of the xrelease sources, Nevertheless @DianRHR and I have decided to keep it with the lowest possible priority as its taxonomy is outdated. Nevertheless, this source literature information is very valuable. We could overcome this issues if we have an option to decide what we want to merge from each source regarding their of additional data. In this particular example to have the option to merge only literature references but no names.

Can you give a few example of the noise being created if we add it in a regular way?

we should offer a way to only merge publishedIn and augment existing references with a (BHL) link and/or DOI
