Show project title in source subpages #1301

When you look at a project source page it does not mention the project your are in / looking at: https://www.dev.checklistbank.org/catalogue/270741/dataset/2232/metadata

Suggest to always include "in PROJECT_TITLE" at the top for all subpages of a project.
