Workbench link not showing source and decision options

The source menu does not appear to be loaded correctly when you enter application with the link above. And there is no option to leave decisions for some reason although I am admin:

I am not able to reproduce this. Can you try clicking the link above again and see if you can reproduce it?

I have re-written the source selector. I think this solves the source menu issue. However, the decision option not showing is probably something else

No. Really no idea why. It's the same on projects I created that do not have any decisions yet:

Btw, if I follow the source link from the decision table it takes me to a weird import page instead of the workbench or source overview: https://www.checklistbank.org/catalogue/3/dataset/3/imports

Please see if this is also still the case on dev? Prod is quite far behind on deployments
