Better editing of all name & taxon fields

nomCode and extinct are important fields to be edited in the names form (assembly tree). Apart from those there are more name & usage properties that we should be able to change:

The parent (or accepted in case of synonyms) should probably be best changed by dragging it in the tree? There are no synonyms in the tree though and once on a taxon details page there is also no tree, so we would need another select parent/accepted form.

It would be ideal if that form would also be accessible from the usage detail page - if you have editing rights. Just an edit icon or the edit switch we also use for metadata.
