Reorganise menu items

There are several weaknesses with the current menu structure. Most importantly there are some key items missing to evaluate (X)Releases. I have tried to summarise various reported issues about the menu structure (linked below) to design a consistent menu for all types of datasets.

There are related xcol issues that ask for missing menu items to be able to review the release content, see links above

I just noticed we lost the 'Releases' item on the Project menu, I think we should bring it back.

Is it needed as a dedicated menu item or can we reach the dataset search with a simple link somewhere from Metadata maybe? For example there is an empty "Released from" entry which only makes sense for releases. How about we drop that and instead put there a Releases: 34, latest published version: COL 2023-12-13 and make the count a link to all releases in the search and the latest version a link to the {key}LR?

As discussed today, an additional item won't be ideal. @mdoering proposes to add the number of releases on the project metadata and from there a link to the releases table

@thomasstjerne when sector pages for releases exist we should also change the link from metrics to point to there instead of a usage search: https://www.dev.checklistbank.org/catalogue/3/sources
