Dataset imports page (formerly metrics) prematurely gives the impression that a dataset has finished importing #1330

When an import job switches into matching mode, the imports queue correctly shows it as being in matching mode, while the imports page (formerly metrics) displays the previous import's metrics instead of the usual warning that the dataset has not finished importing yet. I'm assuming it might just be missing matching as an import state for the dataset imports page.

Actually while a dataset is importing, the dataset imports page no longer warns that it is still importing for any import state, although maybe you changed the behavior of it?
