Kibana URLs wrong on sector page #1380

The Kibana URLs are wrong on sector page with it linking to the wrong prod-crawl-* project:

https://www.checklistbank.org/catalogue/3/sector?limit=100&offset=0

The Kibana URLS work correctly on the sector syncs tab:

https://www.checklistbank.org/catalogue/3/sector/sync?limit=25&offset=0
