CLB: do Outdated Decisions include decisions made between one dataset VS another? #1409

Description

I am resolving duplicated names between GSDs in the CoL. Does it mean that such decisions will be killed during deletion of all Outdated Decisions?

If yes, can you, please, separate protocols for decisions made between GSDs and inside GSD?

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Does it mean that such decisions will be killed during deletion of all Outdated Decisions? What is the deletion of all outdated decisions? There is no difference how a decision got created, they are always just attached to a a single source dataset record.

So, I cannot delete any outdated decisions in GSD because I have no information whether it is true outdated decision inside GSD or decision between GSDs

That is not easy to evaluate indeed. Maybe we need to add some remarks or other new metadata to track that...
