Bug: processing bulk decisions #1471

Description

There was once a nice improvement in the CLB interface: when the editor applied bulk decisions (i.e. set of decisions), the interface shown only the result as "350 decisions applied".

Unfortunately, now the old behavior of the interface is back: the interface shows a blinking long report on each applied decision. Moreover, it seems that CLB stops applying the decision if the editor switches to another window in the browser. This becomes a very slow process.

@thomasstjerne, would it be possible to bring back improvement when interface shown only the result of decisions application?

Additional comment: perhaps, application of bulk decisions in TASKS reports work with a single report on results as appreciated. If it's so, would it be possible to apply the same protocol to all bulk decisions in the Workbench?
