Populate default nomCode on sector create

When creating a new sector a default nomenclatural code should be given in the confirmation window based on the kingdom of the target classification.

• Animalia->ZOO
• Archaea->BACT
• Bacteria->BACT
• Chromista-> null
• Fungi->BOT
• Plantae->BOT
• Protozoa->ZOO (?)
• Viruses->VIR

Yes, correct.

I have some doubts with Protozoa. Probably, it should be Null as Chromista.
